Matt and Mattie love to spend time together whether it is sleeping or playing. Here are some pictures of their time together!

This is a picture of Mattie on a night Matt watched her while I went to dinner with friends. He was going to go to my parents for a bit since my sister was down there and she wanted to see her. Mattie had spit up on her shirt and Matt changed her. I am glad he made the effort but I will have to remember to have just in case clothes picked out from now on! A purple onesie that says Grandpa's Little Cupcake and brown pants with pink polkadots are nnot what I would have picked!

Sleepy Time!

This blog would be a lot more organized if only I would stay on top of posting. Trying to catch up on pictures from the last two months is hard work!

I love to take pictures of Mattie when she is sleeping! She is too cute not to! Matt and I have been very blessed these past two weeks because Mattie has consistenly slept from 10:30 to around 7:15 every night. It is not going to be any fun if she breaks this cycle, it has felt too good!

So here are some sleepy time pictures!











Before she started sleeping so good this is how I allowed myself to get some extra sleep in the morning on the rough nights. We haven't had to this for awhile now which I am thankful for!



Next step is moving Mattie into her crib next week on Matt's days off. Wish us luck!

I never knew how much I could love someone until I met Mattie. I thought I couldn't love Matt anymore than I did until I met Mattie. It's amazing how much having a child changes your life. I love being a mother, seeing Matt as a father and us being a family.

Going home!

Here is a picture of Mattilyn as we were getting ready to go home from the hospital. She did really well in her carseat and the ride home. She seemed to like it better then more than now. She looked so tiny in her carseat.



Here are pictures of Ivy and Rubin greeting her for the first time. Rubin is going to be her protector I am sure. He likes to be where she is and will usually try and check on her if she is crying. I think Ivy could care less!

It has been a crazy busy week. We have had so much going on and it has really had an effect on Mattie. She hasn't been a very happy baby. Today she seems back to normal. We had a wonderful night sleep last night (she slept over 7 hours straight). Too bad every night isn't like that! Matt and I are so in love with our baby girl. She is perfect even when she is crabby! Thanks to my mom and dad for being so helpful this weekend. I don't think we would have made it through the wedding without you guys!

I am trying to get caught up on pictures. I hope to one day be caught up and post current ones when I do a post but for now they are older ones!
