Orlando Vacation Day 5 (09/23/2010)

Day 5 we had a free morning and then headed back to Magic Kingdom that afternoon for Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party. It was fun to see all the kids dressed up in costumes!

We didn't have the antenna's that went with this costume so we improvised and bought Minnie Mouse ears! Still cute!

These ears were so my dad with the popcorn. I couldn't convince him to buy them though.

Matt making us dizzy on the teacups!

Tinkerbell wanted to take Mattie home but I wasn't so sure about it!

Orlando Vacation Day 4 (09/22/2010)

On our 4th day we visited Magic Kingdom! This was the first time there for myself, my mom, my dad and Mattie. We had a great time. It truly is a magical place. (Sorry this is an extremely long post)

I think Mattie's favorite part was playing in the water.

Mattie liked Princess Aurora

She wasn't so sure about Cinderella.

And loved Princess Belle!

She loved sharing popcorn with Papa!

And Papa holding her so she could nap!

US!

And we ended the night with fireworks over the castle! Beautiful!

Orlando Vacation Day 3 (09/21/2010)

The 3rd day was just pretty much a free day. We didn't do too much. We did some outlet shopping which the boys didn't enjoy too much.

Mattie was just being her cute self trying on my shoes.

And enjoying a brownie way too much!

And then Matt and I snuck away to Downtown Disney for a bit in the evening while my parents babysat.

Orlando Vacation Day 1 (09/19/2010)

I know it has been forever since I have updated the blog but I am going to try and start back up starting with a vacation recap.

Matt, Mattie, myself, my mom and dad all traveled to Orlando for a week. We all had a great time! Mattie was such a good traveler also. She did really well on the flights and handled being off schedule really well.

Mattie and my dad waiting on the bus at KCI.

Mattie playing with her new Magnadoodle we bought for the plane ride. She didn't really play with it on the plane.

Mattie slept pretty much the whole flight from KCI to St. Louis.

Matt and I on the plane.

Our original plans for florida were to stay for 6 days but then one of Matt's seargents graciously offered us a week at their timeshare. We got to extend our vacaction by two days and save money on our accomodations! The rooms were fabulous! They had two bedrooms, two baths, full kitchen, living room and our room was right across from the pool and our patio walked out to the tennis courts.

I had hoped that by leaving on my birthday I wouldn't have to worry about celebrating. Well my parents insisted on taking me out so we went to Cracker Barrel and it was good food and good fun!
