We celebrated Easter at Mema and Papa's





Blew bubbles with Matt



Went to the park



Celebrated my first birthday!



Went to the zoo.




Played with new toys.




Played outside.



She figured out a chair is more fun to climb on than sit on.





Convinced us she needed a slide.



Messed up the outfit I sent so her Mema dressed her. I will definately be sending back ups from now on!!

Overdue update!

It has been about two months since I blessed you with some photos of my beautiful daughter so here are some to catch you up on what has been going on in the life of Mattilyn for the past two months!

She had some fun with paper towels!



She celebrated her first Valentine's Day!




She rocked a pony tail (thanks to Aunt Missy) but you can't really see it in this picture.



She turned 10 months old.



We took Rubin on a walk and she was made that she couldn't walk him.



Went to Joplin for a wedding.



Celebrated her first St. Patrick's Day.



She turned 11 months old.



I tried to take pictures for her birthday invites but didn't have much luck.



Taken lots of walks with buddy Dane!



Excited about the Little People she got in her Easter basket.

House Selling Days 6-13

STILL NO SHOWINGS! We even lowered the price to $112,500 to put us below most of the comps in the neighborhood. Not expecting any traffic this weekend either due to the holiday.

Day 5=No Showings

Ugghh.

Day 4=No Showings

I am too impatient for this!

Day 3=Still no showings

I know it has only been 3 days but I at least want one person to come look at the house. This is going to be a long six months on the market I am guessing! Maybe today is the day.

Haven't updated in awhile.....

I will work on getting new pictures of Mattie up this week. I can't believe she is 11 months old. I am not ready for a toddler!

In other news, our house was listed on Friday. No showings at all this weekend. I hope it's not a sign that this is going to be a long process and it was just the weather that kept everyone away. Keep fingers crossed for lots of showings this week!
